What is ABco? (Authentics Boutique Company)
We are a Canadian consignment shop with two location across the country. We also do buyouts and trades in-store! We carry a wide selection of new shoes and some used shoes and accessories.
Are all your Items new?
No, used shoes will say used in the title of the product you are viewing. You can also find the condition of any item in the description of each product.
How do I know if the items are authentic?
All items are inspected by our team of authentication experts and go through a 10 step verification process. Learn more about that here.
How do you determine the prices of your products?
All prices are set by our consignors. We have 100’s of consignors across Canada that trust us in selling their items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the Globe.
Am I responsible for duties & taxes if I'm purchasing from overseas?
Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Where is my order coming from?
Your order will be shipped from the either our Edmonton Warehouse, West Edmonton Mall, or Kelowna.
Items are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or a local Shipping provider for international orders.
What sizes are shown on the website?
All sizes are shown in US mens sizes unless otherwise posted. (Example: 7W for Womens or 5Y for Youth)
I have a coupon code / Gift Card. How do I use it?
Please apply your coupon code after clicking checkout.
To apply your gift card you must fill out all your shipping information before entering your gift card number. Use FREESHIP for free shipping on orders over $399!
If a sneaker is available online, does that mean I can buy it in ABco's retail store?
Yes, just be sure it’s available at the desired location you are wanting to purchase from. If your unsure you can always call your desired location for further assistance.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed same day and prepared to be shipped same day depending on purchase time. During busy seasons orders can take up to 2 business days to fulfil.
How long do the different shipping options take?

How can I track my order?
You can track your order with your order confirmation email or in the SHOP app!
Can I change the address on my order?
After an order is placed the delivery address cannot be changed.
Can I change the size, colorway, or model of my order?
After an order is placed the size can be changed within 7 days -1/+1 size. Colorway and model cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an item has been purchased we cannot provide a refund.

How do I redeem my store credit?
Treat store credit as a gift card, it is redeemable after entering your shipping information on the checkout page.
It says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?
