    • The role of the Sales Associate is to drive sales and create a pleasurable shopping experience for all customers.

    Outcomes (What needs to be done):

    • Ensure a positive and friendly experience for the customer.

    • Maintain an Avg of $300/hour in sales.

    • Keep the store area clean and organized at all times.

    • Keep up to date with product knowledge.

  • Mission (What the job is):

    • The role of the Cashier is to organize and assign the proper orders to the correct sales associates. They are also responsible for ensuring policies are read and checking for any errors a sales associate may have made during a sale.

    Outcomes (What needs to be done):

    • Create a friendly checkout experience for the customer.

    • Assign the proper sale to the appropriate associate.

    • Explain to the customer all our policies before they pay.

    • Handling cash and counting float.

    • Check both shoes and clothing are the correct sizes.

    • Keep a clean and organized sales counter.

    • The role of the Front End is to make the customer feel welcomed and important while maintaining a line or creating a line during peak times. Creating a pleasant final experience with ABco before a customer leaves the store and to ensure they are not leaving the store with anything they shouldn’t be.

    • Greet every single customer with a smile.

    • Manage the number of people in the store.

    • Create a line and direct customers when all sales associates are busy.

    • Thank every customer for coming in when leaving.
